Asher Roth – That’s All Mine Ft. Jesse Boykins III

The new Asher Roth seems mellow, contemplative, and abstract with his raps; at least most of his recent music suggests that.

And looking back at Asher’sI Love College days (which I’m a big fan of the track by the way), we can see the stark evolution and maturity in his musicianship.

Frankly, I didn’t care much for Asher Roth’s music at all, besides the customary turn-up shit that’s bumpin at most parties and pre-games. However, I’m actually beginning to take his more seriously, given a deeper appreciation and focus towards lyricism, and crafting his own style.
