Best Hip Hop Album of 2014

The Bay Area’s very own Locksmith dropped the most hard-hitting, lyrically centered hip hop album of this year IMO, and I believe he’s one of the realest emcees to hold up a mic today. And of course, I gotta give daps to other great projects that came out which include – Big KRIT’s Cadillactica, Sam Lachow’s Huckleberry, Logic’s Under PressureJamla is The Squad, RTJ2, Kool A.D. Word OK, Atmosphere SouthSiders, J.Cole’s Forest Hills Drive and many more.

Finally, I wanna give a shout out to all my hip hop heads, and looking back, I can safely say that 2014 was a great year for music and I’m sure 2015 will not disappoint, with Lupe’s Tetsuo & Youth kicking things right off in January.
