"If we do not act now, we will have to deal with conflagration later", India's External Affairs Minister warned Saturday as she renewed India's calls for worldwide action against terrorism with a scathing attack on Pakistan's support for terror.

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on Saturday said that Pakistan is keen to pursue a policy of partnerships for peace, security and prosperity in region and the world but not at the cost of its sovereignty, ARY News reported. Talks with Pakistan started many times.

"The killers of 9/11 met their fate; but the mastermind of 26/11 Haiiz Saeed still roams the streets of Pakistan with impunity", she said.Swaraj also slammed Pakistan for casually accusing India of human rights violations. Pakistan has said there is not enough evidence to arrest him.

She said, Pakistan's expertise is not restricted to spawning grounds for terrorism but it is also an expert in trying to mask malevolence with verbal duplicity. New Delhi had agreed to hold the meeting in response to a letter from newly-elected Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, who has written his Indian counterpart, Narendra Modi, stressing the need for positive change, a mutual desire for peace and a readiness to discuss terrorism.

Her quick departure shortly after her statement at the Saarc meeting prompted criticism from Pakistan's Foreign Minister Shah Mahmoud Qureshi.
