Victoria Valentino, 75, who has accused Cosby of drugging and raping her in Los Angeles in 1969, said that the group hope he is sentenced to at least two years and one day in jail.

Dudley is a member of Pennsylvania's Sexual Offenders Assessment Board and conducted an evaluation of Cosby following his April conviction for drugging and molesting Andrea Constand in 2004. According to TMZ, prosecutors are hoping things will go differently at Monday's sentencing hearing.

Cosby was convicted in April on three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault stemming from drugging and molesting Constand in his suburban Philadelphia home 14 years ago.

That Cosby's sentencing coming is as the same week as Ford's testimony before the Senate is certainly a coincidence. But whether any of them testify, he already knows their stories well after presiding at both trials and several intense pretrial hearings over their "prior bad act" testimony. He faces up to 30 years in prison, though state guidelines suggest a sentence of one to four years. Andrea Constand was one of the only women Cosby assaulted within the statue of limitations, so her case was used to take him down.

Dudley says the assault fits a long pattern of predatory behavior by the former "Cosby Show" star.
