The Tigers split a traditional doubleheader against the Seattle Mariners on Saturday, winning the first game 4-3 before falling in the second game, 9-5.

Jose Iglesias hit an RBI single in the bottom of the ninth inning to give the Detroit Tigers a 5-4 victory over Seattle after the Mariners lost standout second baseman Robinson Cano to a fractured hand.

Cano was hit in the third inning against the Detroit Tigers by an 88 miles per hour fastball from Tigers left-hander Blaine Hardy.
