Judge orders 30-year-old man to move out of parents' home

Christina Mark Michael Rotondo lawsuit parents vs 30-year-old son

"My clients don't really have to express a reason why they want the respondent to leave their residence", said Christina Rotondo's lawyer Anthony Adorante.

Mr Rotondo told the judge there was a "common law requirement of six-month notice to quit" before a tenant was "removed through ejectment action".

Michael said he doesn't think his son is "better off in any way" over the decision.

However, Justice Greenwood rejected the argument as "outrageous" and ruled in favour of Mark and Christina Rotondo.

"Michael Joseph Rotondo, You are hereby evicted from 408 Weatheridge Drive, Camillus, New York effective immediately", it reads. The judge asked adult protective services to check on the case as he's concerned about what's happening at the home.

They later tried to offer their son money to move out. He said he now runs a "website business".

Ireland tipped to repeal abortion ban by a landslide in historic vote
Exit polls also indicated that women voted for the repeal of the 8th of Amendment by 72% where as men supported the repeal at 65%. The effective prohibition on abortion in Ireland was partially lifted in 2013 for cases when a mother's life was in danger.

While declining to discuss in detail how he lost custody of his son (any guesses anyone?) Rotondo insists he makes for a 'great father' and that the court ruling which saw him lose custody was 'unreasonable'.

He said while he lived under the same roof as his parents, he did not speak to them.

"I spent it on expenses", he said.

A grown man has been ordered to vacate his parents' home by a judge after a short legal battle, as reported by the New York Post.

Despite these notices, Michael has not budged.

Michael in court fighting his parent's eviction notices. And I'm expecting that I will be able to. Rotondo is calling his parent's effort "retaliatory".

A couple in upstate NY sued their own son, who still lives at home, to have him evicted - and they won.

The letters included in the petition illustrate their rising frustration.

But that hasn't spurred him to find a new place to live - even though his parents want him to move out and on with his life. But nothing worked, so the parents sued him.

"It seems to me like I should be provided with, you know, 30 days or so, because generally you get 30 days after you're found, you know, to have to vacate the premises", Rotundo said. You will not be allowed to return (sic),"Syracuse.com quotes from the first eviction letter sent on February 2".

On Feb, 13, three days shy of the 14 days they promised, the parents wrote Michael Rotondo informing him that they retained an attorney.
