Charlie Rose Sued by 3 CBS Staffers for Sexual Harassment

Charlie Rose just got hit with a sexual harassment lawsuit from 3 women he worked with at CBS, including his personal assistant. The plaintiffs are Katherine Brooks Harris, Sydney McNeal, and Yuqing ("Chelsea") Wei, each of whom alleges that Rose harassed them in 2017.

The three women each worked at CBS in various capacities in the years between 2015 and 2018.

Rose repeatedly asked Harris and McNeal about their sex lives and urged the two to have sex with each other, the lawsuit says.

"We will vigorously defend against the allegations pertaining to CBS News and Mr. Kadro", a CBS spokesperson said in a statement.

Harris and McNeal say Rose fired them after the November article in the Washington Post where 8 women accused him of groping and exposing himself.

Reuters Poll: Black male approval for President Trump doubles in one week
Despite the backlash among liberals, it's clear that Kanye West is slowly beginning to win more black support for President Trump. I don't think he said it with the intention to hurt anybody.

The suit also accuses Mr. Kadro of harassment, saying that at one point past year he "kicked and shoved Ms. Wei's chair with substantial force, startling, intimidating and scaring Ms. Wei". Rose inappropriately touched them.

The lawsuit alleges that "CBS This Morning" Executive Producer Ryan Kadro "knew that Mr".

The litigation marks the first known legal filing against Rose concerning sexual harassment. Rose and the network didn't do anything to deal with the problem.

The lawsuit in NY state court appears to be the first brought against Rose alleging sexual misconduct since he was sacked from the network last fall following a Washington Post report that he had harassed eight women.

The allegations include details of comments Rose made about their intelligence and their ethnicity.

Georgia: US Military C-130 plane crashes near Savannah airport; no survivors
At the same time it is emphasized that the miracle, at that time there was not a single machine. "It affects all of us". The plane had just taken off from the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport when it crashed, Parsons said.

Rose later allegedly told Harris he hired her because he liked "tall women", kissed her on the cheek, placed his hands on her thighs, and demanded she come to his apartment late at night. Rose referred to Ms. Wei as "China Doll". The newspaper also reported that CBS managers were warned of Rose's conduct at least three times over a period of 30 years.

Harris claims she was wined and dined by Rose while working as a broadcast associate for one of the CBS morning shows, discussing potential job opportunities for Harris at "60 Minutes" or on Rose's eponymous show. Her complaint included allegations against Kadro, whom she said kicked her chair as a show of intimidation. She is now on medical leave, according to the suit.

CBS News did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Eleanor McManus, co-founder of Press Forward, a group of women who have been victims of sexual misconduct in newsrooms, said the Post report illustrated a systematic problem across news organizations that needed to be addressed.

"Three of them are now suing Rose and CBS News, saying they were subjected to ".repeated, ongoing and unlawful physical and verbal sexual harassment." by Rose; that CBS ".unlawfully retaliated." against one of them and that the company ".failed to investigate the matter".

Trump honors crew of ill-fated Southwest Airlines Flight 1380
Flight 1380 was headed from NY to Dallas last month when an engine on the Boeing 737 exploded at 30,000 feet. She waved off accolades, saying it sometimes was easier to be the pilot rather than a passenger.
