Florida shooting suspect Nikolas Cruz's brother arrested for trespassing at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School

Florida shooting suspect Nikolas Cruz's brother arrested for trespassing at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School

According to the New York Times, two guidance counselors and a Broward County Sheriff's Deputy concluded in September 2016 that Cruz should be "forcibly committed" to a mental institution after he was deemed a "suicide risk" for five consecutive days.

On the one month anniversary of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in Parkland, Florida, thousands of students around the United States walked out of school.

Authorities say Cruz used a legally obtained assault rifle to kill 17 people at the school.

Saint Patrick's Day: Everything you need to know!
Mark Hamill has tweeted that "today the whole galaxy is Irish " as he appeared as worldwide guest of honor at Dublin's St. Outfits on the day ranged from green tutus and gold shamrock hot trousers to fake coloured moustaches and trilby hats.

That would have made it more hard for Cruz to obtain a gun legally.

Documents in the criminal case against Nikolas Cruz were obtained by The Associated Press.

Cruz also told a classmate he wanted to buy a gun and use it, and cut his arm supposedly in anger after a break-up with a girlfriend.

Celtics' Marcus Smart to have surgery for torn thumb ligament
Smart was able to return to Sunday's game with his thumb taped, but now the C's have found enough damage to opt for the surgery. On the season, he is averaging 10.2 points, 4.8 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 1.3 steals per game. "I love to play", Smart said.

Zachary Cruz was being held on a $25 bond, while his brother, Nikolas Cruz is charged with 17 counts of murder and 17 counts of attempted murder, and has no bond, county records showed.

This recommendation obviously doesn't change anything with regard to Deputy Scot Peterson's cowardice on the day of the shooting. The clinic sent a mobile assistance team to Stoneman Douglas High on September 28, 2016, the records show, because Mr. Cruz had made threats and exhibited disturbing behavior following a breakup with a girlfriend.

The teen was recorded by security cameras riding his skateboard at the school around 4:30 p.m. though he had received prior warnings from school officials to stay away from the campus, the report said. A plea of not guilty was entered on his behalf, though defense attorney Melisa McNeill emphasized that Nikolas Cruz is willing "at any time" to plead guilty "in exchange for a waiver of the death sentence" and instead spend the rest of his life behind bars.

Jets acquire third overall pick from Colts
The New York Jets were oddly finessed in this trade, just a few days after Josh Rosen and Baker Mayfield's Pro Days. The Jets are now positioned ahead of other quarterback-needy teams on the board.

In the Henderson Behavioral Health documents, Cruz's mother Lynda is quoted as saying she had fresh concerns about her son's mental state after he punched holes in a wall at their home in Parkland. He also admitted to cutting his arm with a pencil sharpener. (Cruz) states that he cut because he was lonely, states that he had broken up with his girlfriend and reports that his grades had fallen.
